Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have public liability and business insurances. Our Work is Guaranteed and we are very clear on setting up achievement goals with our clients so we both know when success has been achieved. We have ongoing support and 24/7 support help desk for development, websites, hosting, email and administration.  If clients host with us there software/websites stay under warranty indefinitely and are backed up twice daily plus other backups

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been designing, playing with websites, programming and computers since I was a 8 year old boy back in the early 80's.  Starting with BBS on 800 Baud modems I was always fascinated with the virtual world.  I have always loved it and whatever I have done I have always incorporated I.T. into it.  In the last 11 years I have gone 100% I.T. running my own tech companies, I love it.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A customer had to make $100 installments for our smallest e-commerce site package, because he had lost his job and his e-commerce business idea was his last option.  He had know idea what to do or what was required.  We wrote the copy, created emails, payment systems, product artwork and accounting systems.   Within a few weeks of his website going live he was generating a living wage and within 3 months was making very good money...six months later he has hired 3 people and has started two new websites.  They turned over nearly $2 Million in their first 12 Months and continue to grow and work with us to this day.

What do you like most about your job?

We love making customers go wow...we schedule to deliver on the customers expectations then we go all out to blow their mind! We work so hard to do this too.  Not unusual for us to be working at 3am on a Sunday to build a month long project in a weekend, just to blow a customers mind.

Why is offshore hosting no good for a website? Latency is not Good for SEO and mobile friendliness and its all about website loading speed.  Hosting offshore adds a lot of extra loading time.  Additionally, budget hosting plans are cheap for a reason.  We will create the correct hosting plan for you onshore/offshore or both from one of our own datacentres

We have a proven track record and customers who are happy to recommend us.  Just ask for a reference.  We don't 'sell' our services, we don't have sales people.  You deal direct with the developer/designer/marketer, he will provide general advise about what a good website is, he will tell you what we do then supply tools for you to investigate and compare other choices in the market with us.  Everything we do is verifiable by external sources, no mystery here.

We don't just Build pretty websites.  We build websites that work. We are still a small boutique coding house (18 staff), but we have invested in infrastructure and have enough staff to provide a premium level of service at a fair price.  We code our websites from a blank page, we do not use templates.  This means our sites are designed to perform best in Search Engines and load fast.  Our sites are also future proofed as they are easily modified and can grow as your business changes.  Our Graphics are original and of world class standard, because we have experienced commercial graphic artists on staff, we do not use stock art for our logo designs.  Our two head programmers have more than 35 years enterprise and commercial web/software development experience, This translate to shorter programming time, better foresight and lower development costs.  Additionally, because we are smaller we provide a more personal and detailed service.  This also continues with our free 24/7 Support service.  We do what we say we can and we have the experience, portfolio and references to prove it

Who is the end user.  Your budget and time frame. What level of web administration skill you have to maintain the site.  Does the site require complex calculations or databasing to be coded.

Don't pre purchase anything, such as; domain name, web hosting, graphics, as we have cheaper rates in most cases.  Develop your idea, write down the must have features you need. We will do the best to advise you on were good savings vs time can be made.

We are competitive because we leverage our experience to work more efficiently.  We also use our own software to run our business and lease/own our own Enterprise high performance servers and hosting company, which allows us to  provide more performance and services through specialising at competitive wholesale and retail pricing. We are based in Australia.  Furthermore we stick to what we know, we don't promise to build what we don't know currently how to build.

We normally quote on a set cost per job basis.  We provide a detailed quote outlining all the things we will do and provide (normally turnkey solutions for websites).  We also provide annual, monthly, 20th payment options.  We accept, Cash, EFT, Direct Debt, Visa, MCard, Amex, Paypal, B-Pay and Bitcoin

We specialise in custom coded complex business websites, cloud business solutions (CRMs,databases, erps) and retail and B2B e-Commerce stores.  We also specialise in high performance GEO tuned hosting/server/VPS solutions for e-commerce and business.  We have our own Zimbra Mail and MS Office Exchange mail systems as well.  Everything is specifically geared for reliable, high performance in a business environment.

Combined our head 7 people have over a century in I.T. and web design.  We all have been to University and have the letters after our names plus the experience to do the job right..  So we not only understand how to code, but how people respond to your website and your marketing material.
