We specialise in vacate/end of lease/bond/move out cleaning and carpet steam cleaning. We provide comprehensive cleaning packages with carpet steam cleaning included. We also conduct pre-sale cleaning preparing properties for sale and builders or after renovation sale cleaning.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Our prices are competitive because we are able to provide both cleaning and carpet steam cleaning services at the same time. Our clients do not need to engage a separate steam cleaning company which in turn saves costs. Our carpet steam cleaning prices are discounted when combined with carpet and/or upholstery steam cleaning. We also deliver very high quality at reasonable prices.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
Steam cleaning technicians are all IICRC credited. All the cleaners have been cleaning for a number of years and so have the experience and expertise to service all clients. All cleaners that join our company are also given further on the job training to ensure that company standards are met. job sites are routinely inspected by the owner or Cleaning Supervisor to ensure that quality/standards are met.
How do you normally charge for your service?
Properties are charged in accordance to the number of rooms: bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas. The size of the property, the number of cleaning services required, the attention to detail required, the duration of the cleaning required and the overall condition of the property.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
To save money, the customer should ensure that 1. all food, personal belongings, furniture and rubbish be removed from the property prior to cleaning 2. the property is kept in reasonable condition: don't let it get too run down and dirty (particularly appliances) just because you are moving out 3. take care will walls to ensure they don't get too marked either during your tenancy or in the process of moving
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We have workers compensation and full public liability insurance to the value of $10,000,000. We also place a "bond guarantee" on our vacate/end of lease cleaning because we are confident that are cleaning will enable our clients to receive their bond back in full. *conditions apply: we are unable to guarantee pre-existing stains on the carpet, dirt, grease and residue that is unable to be removed from surfaces due to wear and tear, negligence by the tenant and a lack of long tern cleaning and/or maintenance. We are unable to rectify any damage caused to the property by the tenant. We do guarantee our cleaning and will return to the property and rectify any cleaning issues if items have been missed and/or not been cleaned properly only if the items in question are capable of being restored with ordinary domestic cleaning products and practices. Furthermore, if venetian blinds are extremely soiled, not just with dust but with stubborn residue, we recommend that a professional blind cleaning company be employed to provide this service as it may be more cost effective to do so.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
My husband started the business in 1997. Initially, my husband just did professional window cleaning and then he decided to get his accreditation in carpet and upholstery steam cleaning. One day while he was steam cleaning, he was asked by the client whether we also did cleaning and he thought, why not, this was a good business opportunity to offer both services together at competitive pricing. So he roped me in, we then employed another family member and the business grew from there...
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We had a property where the walls were completely yellow due to smoking and the landlord was beside himself with worry that he had to spend thousands of dollars on painting the property. Thanks to my diligent cleaners and some superior cleaning products and techniques we were able to clean and restore the walls, saving the landlord quite a large expense!
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy the positive feed I receive from happy landlords, real estate agencies, property managers and customers. I love it when a property comes up looking clean and shiny. It gives my cleaners and myself great job satisfaction and actually inspires us to go that extra step. I love it when customers appreciate our work and reward us with repeat business and refer us to their friends, colleagues and family. The tips are great too!
