How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As a child I was recognized as an artist at home and school. I loved to draw and create things with my pen and paper until one day in high school I got fascinated about how buildings work and how they come up with ideas to work with people. To me then architecture was a form art that we use in our everyday lives. Since then I never turned back and continuously improving.

I was introduced to a client by a builder. The client turned out to be an investor and loved my work. We then became in close relation with them and gave me the chance to put in practice every single bit of my professional career from the smallest artistic approach and realize it to be one of my favorite artistically approached architectural building.

The most common question customers ask is, "How much to get a permit for my project?" I usually reply with, it depends on what they are trying to achieve and I shall give them a realistic figure.

Clients can significantly save time and money if: Sufficient information is supplied to us e.g. titles, project intention (investment or personal), etc, Avoid significant changes or revisions

We know our trade very well, projects becomes a walk in the park. End result, we don't see a reason not to be competitive or shall we say,  we do not see the reason for clients to pay more than what to us is an easy job.

We charge fair and square. We charge based on the complexity of the project. Generally, our fees are lower than the regular charges of similar trades simply because we know our trade too well, it becomes a walk in the park once we get to know what the task is.

Our main trade is Architecture. We basically enjoy and specialize all aspects of it. Paving our career paths, we enjoyed doing hotels & resorts, high rise buildings, Industrial developments, commercial and mixed use. The past couple of years we took on numerous singe detached, multi-unit residential developments and a couple of high end modern mansions up to $10M in value. Yes, we specialize in every aspect of Architecture, construction & development.
