  Please have more clarity in the quote and stick on to the quote . Quote stated $35 per hour for the job and not $35 per cleaner. The cleaner came with his wife and started cleaning. We haven’t requested for an extra cleaner. We were charged for three hours for a job which was finished in two hours! This is our first experience with One flare and we felt really surprised with the weird response we got when we questioned the reason for the third hour charges as the job was completed in two hours! We were told that the extra charge was because his wife accompanied him for the job.. We didn’t ask for another person to accompany the cleaner. In short we are sorry to say that we arent keen in recommending your business to anyone due to the unprofessional dealing. However we wish you the very best and thank you for your service. Regards.
