Yes we are insured and we offer no fix, no fee guarantee on all our services. All parts, accessories and products sold come with an Australian warranty.

We survive on word of mouth and recommendations from our clients. We have to do our absolute best for you and offer honest, competitive pricing in order to maintain our business.

We offer highly competitive prices with no fix, no fee guarantee along with after hours service to your door. We also offer free setup service on any computers or systems bought.

As much detail as possible of the problem occurring and if possible we really appreciate screenshots or photos of any issues that you can provide.

Please take time to back up your files and documents prior to us arriving on site. If we need to backup your data to perform repairs this can take additional time. Also please describe the problem in as much detail as possible and even try to reproduce the issue when we arrive on site.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have a lower rate than many other local stores and PC repairers and if we require parts to perform repairs we charge only cost price for those parts.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge a single call out fee of $65 which include 1 hour of repair time and if we can't fix your system within that hour we will take the unit back to our workshop and repair off-site. Our hourly rate in the workshop is $45 per hour and we work very efficiently.

Our team have a very comprehensive knowledge of computers and networking with some of our qualifications including Microsoft certified systems admin, Advanced diplomas in information technology, 20 years of combined experience in managing IT systems both office and home solutions too.
