What you have been doing is great .All things can be changed at Quoting time . Just keep things moving on and customer/owners will be happy to fill the rest in at Quoting time.

I got no idea ,basic  Question is ask .There is a system of talking things out when Quotes are presented .All the work is sorted out and if things are changed then there is a good chance that the owner/customer will be able to save money.

I don't believe in competitive pricing .You get what you pay for. Cheap Job , for cheap price . Very degrees of jobs are done for the amount of money the owner pays. Each job is cost on the materials and labor ,you get cheap materials ,you get a cheat job.People usually get a cheaper job bad results

How do you normally charge for your service?

Hourly Rates . Some Quoting ,mostly hour rates due to the changing Jobs. Also one up price for that type of work  which owner ,supplies materials to carry out the whole Job . All variations are charged at an hourly rate , if owner supplies all materials. Or Quotes on supply and fix ,plus materials.

Bathroom  Designing. Some Kitchen Designing.Landscaping .Gardening. Painting. Fencing .Brick paving .Retaining Walls .Plastering wall and floor Tiling. Bathroom Spars installing ,Wall cut-out for door entries.

I am a Tradesman in Tiling, Plastering ,Brick/laying ,concrete formation ,landscaping, gardening. Also studying to be a builder at present.
