Yes we carry full insurance, and we totally guarantee our work, for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

Was young and enjoyed cars like most young people. Applied for job in the industry and are grateful it has taken me all over Australia for various reasons.

There are so many great customers, it is really difficult to single out one story. We enjoy simply helping our customers get the vehicle back to normal, and back on the road.

Simply meeting new people, and the satisfaction of doing a great job for them at a fair price. Also leaving their vehicle in better condition than when we arrived. We love cars so working on them is very rewarding to us.

We don't believe there is one question, but if you ask about their experience and if you feel comfortable with the rapport you have had with that company or individual then hire them.

Generally how long does a replacement take? This can vary between 30 mins to 1 hour depending on the type of job, and type of vehicle. How long before I can drive the vehicle? Maximum of 1 hour on windscreen, side or rear glass replacement that is bonded to the vehicle with adhesive.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Generally we need a year of production, model, and the brand of vehicle usually is enough. However sometimes a VIN/Chassis number is also required.

There really aren't to many ways for a customer to save money. We do offer very competitive prices, and try to save our customers where ever possible. We do use aftermarket glass where ever possible and this helps costs to a minimum for our clients.

Low overheads, and a willingness to do great work at a fair price. Our buying power also gives us the opportunity to be competitive.

We are competitive on pricing, but our industry is so varied it is hard to put a price on work. But we can install some windscreens from as low as $210.

We are prepared to take some jobs others would walk away from. We have great experience with old cars, and muscle cars. We are prepared to roll up the sleeves and work hard on achieving the best job for our clients.

Have been consistently learning every day since joining the industry, over 20 years ago. Have great experience and skills developed over that period of time. Attention to detail is very important, and doing the best possible job is important to us, we are car enthusiasts outside of work.
