Jack responded to my request promptly and arranged a visit to quote for the job. The quote was professionally presented and competitively priced. We established a mutually suitable date. Jack and his crew arrived on time, worked hard all day. They managed to get the job done in the promised time frame despite having to work around inclement weather. Hi Ting, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. In regards to your job, you originally requested one coat of paint for the exterior wall. As you stated via text message your budget was $500 and you wanted one coat. You agreed to have the works performed for that price. Once the job was started, you weren’t happy with one coat and I then needed to spend another $150 to buy the paint for a second coat. We then applied the second coat which you were happy with.
