To anyone thinking of contracting this business for plastering work, here is my experience: Building my own house and gave to plastering work to Peter to do. Iniatially ihe sounded ok and professional, until near the end when his atitude started to turn rude, agressive and unprofessional, demanding payments way ahead of the payment schedule as agreed. There was a reason for it... he was cutting corners and before I found out about it , he was making sure that if things went wrong, he would already have enough money with him already. At the supposed end of the job,he wanted to get paid even before me, as the client inspected the job. He left my job as a complete mess,just about every single plaster joint and screw heads were visible The painter came to inspect the work before painting and said it was the worst plaster job he had ever seen and he could not and did not recommend painting over it. I had another plasterer also look at it and he told me that every single joint had to be filled and sanded properly, since Peter did not bother to even to sand it properly.... some joints already had cracks. When we applied a light to it, it was schooling to see how bad the work was. I now have to contract another plasterer to rectify the mess, and I will defenitly take legal action for all the delays and money that this costing and notify the VBA. In my opinion : Stay away from this business! I would not recommend it to my worst enemy .
