What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Approximate size of area that requires the work, specifically what is required, waste disposal requirements, time-frame for the works, is a site inspection necessary for difficult jobs, when the customer would like the job done and their preferred method of quoting( eg fixed price / hourly rate etc)
