Richard's 18 years combined experience in residential and commercial building includes:
*commercial high rise construction with suspended slabs, lift shafts, and industrial grade ramps;
*supervisor and foreman of commercial and residential concrete pours and finishes;
*site cutting, form work, pouring, placing and finishing of house slabs, shed slabs, driveways, piers, pool surrounds and entertainment areas;
*decorative, coloured and stamped finishes with sealing;
*polished concrete floors to display home standards;
*shed building;
*excavation and earthmoving;
*demolition; and
*full house fit outs including custom finishes on award winning homes.
