What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We prefer to offer a $ rate to ensure customers are only charged for the time we are on site, along with materials etc.  We may be able to offer a quote on subsequent or larger jobs, after our initial visit.

1. To ensure our plumber knows what your job could entail before we attend your property, please make sure you have given us an accurate description of the problem. 2. Keep a check on your taps and other hardware and call us at the first sign of a problem so it doesnt escalate.

We offer One Flare customers a discounted price of $60 per half hour, with a minimum of 1 hour. Other private customers are charged $150 per hour.
