The painter did a good job, followed instructions and well and was a very hard worker. Booking in the job with the boss resulted in a few communication issues which was disappointing given the simplicity of the job. I chose the company despite being quite expensive compared to others because I wanted someone reliable who I could trust, the fact why they managed to get the day and time of the job wrong despite having everything clearly in writing was annoying - although to their credit they were able to find someone last minute and get the job completed at the day/time agreed.
Prestige Painting Solutions were excellent. They worked extremely hard to do a perfect job. Karl's team were on time, they worked hard and efficiently. They were careful and respectful of our home....they helped if furnture needed moving. All floors and furniture was covered. I am happy to recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

Helpful, timely, straight, and courteous. I thought they were expensive, but they did a good job and cleaned up well. The junior painter (not Karl's son) needs supervision - left some paint on handles. Otherwise a good job, properly executed.

How do you normally charge for your service?
we charge customer at the end of our job with full satisfaction from customers. the customer can pay by electronic bank transfer, Cheque or Cash. we will give them a proper tax invoice.
What makes your pricing competitive?
we understand the budget of customer and we try to give them a range of prices or options. for example it cost less if we use acrylic Total prep Dulux undercoat rather than Oil base Zinsser

many times customers asking for painting one extra part, we will not charge them if the piece of extra job is small

its better we have a look at the actual job in order we could evaluate it exactly how much time will take

We are fully ensured by Workers Compensation and public Liability Insurance We offer 7 years guarantee with all our work. Should any problems with the painting job occur due to the workmanship in this period, it will be promptly rectified at no cost to you.
