Polite and tidy and I left the job with him as i had not much time and I trusted his very good reviews. However, my very large parquetry floor now has 2 finishes, half my floor is matt/satin the other half is a semi gloss. There is a distinct line where one finishes and the other starts and its very obvious. Looks like he used up his left-overs on my job. Completed the job a day before I had to move in so no time to address this issue. Also I noticed after I moved in that the face of the step going from entrance to living area was not done, and part of the floor is extremely slippery. Floor has a lovely colour to it but I cant help but feel disappointed.Lauren
