Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Reliance is fully insured, carrying $20 million public liability insurance, as well as all our guys having their own accident insurance.  All work is guaranteed for 10 years and our guarantee is unrivalled in terms of what it covers.  No other guarantee covers more items than Reliance's.

1. What operating procedures do you have in place if there's a problem with the job down the track? 2. What are some addresses of work that you've done?  They should be able to provide you with a list. 3. Do you have any clients I can talk to?  They should be able to provide you with several. 4.  Show me copies of your licenses and memberships - They should have at bare minimum a BSA license.

Q - How much does an average roof cost?  A - It depends on so many factors that it's a very difficult question to answer.  It's best to book us in for a free inspection and quote so we can inspect and measure the roof, and then give an accurate price.  there's no obligation for this service so you've got nothing to lose.

Roof type.  How old is the home?  Have you ever had the roof restored before?  Is it a one story or two story home?  What work are they looking to have done?  Do you have a preferred day and time for the quote?

At Reliance, we believe in value for money.  That doesn't always mean being the cheapest, though.  Value means more for less.  Not less for less.  We are all about giving huge value in terms of charging a fair price, and giving tons of value.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Each roof is charged as a combination of a metre rate and each individual repair that's required.  For example, a roof restoration will include a metre rate, plus charge for how many ridge caps there are, and how many tiles need replacing.

Reliance specialize in roof restoration (cleaning, repairs, sealing, and re-coating) and roof replacement.
