How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started in the industry when I was 19 and purchased my first investment property at the age of 22. Since then I have always worked for property management specialist companies and have continued to grow my own investment portfolio. I love property management and the fact that everyday is different

Ideally we would like to inspect the property in order to provide a rental appraisal. We would also like to meet the landlord. We are assessing: - Condition of property - Location - Current rental market We also want to know if the property is tenanted or vacant and long term plans for the property.
