  1.Quote included pulling down and re-assembling of large wardrobe but left in pieces. 2." " Wrapping of antique china.Not done. 3 Goods left scattered over floor after removalists gone,had to be packed by self and sent to storage. 4.promised discount for organizing back loading,my quote would go down.Went up $800. 5.Took away a ladder important to me. 6.Promise to replace damaged furniture but will not return phone calls. I was made to pay for larger truck but my goods only occupied one third of floor space.I am elderly,and on my own so easier to deal with than my brother in law whose furniture filled the truck,who paid less than me.
