We took a website design and build job for a client in Brisbane. Despite having never met we built a really great relationship and developed a fantastic website. It was very cool.

1) Can i see some of your work? 2) Have you made anything like this before? 3) Do you have a website?  Also - not a question, but you should look for rapport with your service provider. A good relationship will go a long way in finding a transparent provider you can really trust.

1) How long will this take? - It depends on the project, and we can operate on short notice. 2) Can printing be sped up? - Unfortunately no, they won't be rushed. 3) How much will this cost? - It depends on the project, but we quote per job, not hourly. 4) Have you seen my keys? - Check the couch!

1) Consider the scope of the job, as well as any special or custom work you require. 2) Ensure that you have the right assets - a low res logo is no good if the job is, say, business card printing 3) Figure out exactly when you need it so it can be delivered perfectly

Smaller studios require less overhead and operating costs. This allows us to offer high quality services at reasonable cost without compromising final project outcomes.

How do you normally charge for your service?

The long answer; typically we ask for a small deposit up front, then run iterative cycles of development and amendment. Once the project is complete, the client pays the remainder of the cost.  The short answer; we charge with great consideration for the clients, job scope and project type.
