  I hired these guys in December 2015 for a short distance move. Unfortunately for me I read the recent reviews & thought they must have gone down hill so didn't hire them this time. Really really REALLY wish I'd simply relied on my first experience of Rockstar Removals as I'm sitting here totally shell shocked at how bad removalists can be. Rockstar Removals were amazing. Yes we did have to change our start time as we were in a heat wave that knocked several of their crew out with heatstroke. They gave me advanced warning & communication was outstanding. The guys that came were absolutely sensational. Made me totally at ease which can be challenging as a single female on moving day with unhappy looking removalists to deal with. The time I used Rockstar Removals, one guys was training the other was one of the owners I think. He loved his job+++ Besides the stellar customer schmoozing skills they did a stellar job with my belongings & treated my antique furniture with the love & respect you would tend to only see if they owned the stuff themselves. I had more stuff than expected so they even ran two trips for me. As I dealt with looks of sheer contempt & now look at the chunk out of my nan's immaculate 1890's sideboard I inherited, I could weep & more to the point, kick myself for not going with Rockstar Removals again. I hope the recent negative reviews are symbolic of a temporary slump only as I thought these guys were great.

  These guys are terrible!!!!!!! I had a 5 bedroom house we booked for "Rockstar" to move. They actually showed up late, then said they needed a bigger truck. He left... AND NEVER RETURNED!!!!!!!. We tried for the next 2 hours to get a hold of him... we had to find another removalist.. paid double because it was on the day... and we were still moving ourselves with hired trailers at midnight ..... with 4 kids.. Thanks ROCK STAR!!! WE must have called them 50 times on the day... from 5 different phones..... never answered The guy then has the hide to text us nearly a week later and want to have a "reasonable conversation"....... About the only thing accurate about this company is the name..... NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  They stood me up!! Said there was an 'issue' with their truck after I told them that my house had 6 bedrooms!! So...I had to ring around until I found another removalist. Another one finally came at 4pm therefore finished at 4am!! DON'T USE THEM!!!!

  We booked them 3 weeks in advance. Called the night before out of courtesy to confirm the 730am arrival. Manager (who we suspect was the owner) told us the owner was interstate coming back late tonight with the truck. So can we move the time out to 1130 - 1230. We said that was fine. 1230 no one arrives and no calls from Rockstar. So we started to call and text only to get no answer and zero response. 130pm still no removalist and no return calls. Eventually we found another removalist who were very sympathetic to our situation. Once we had confirmed we then text Rockstar to tell them they were no longer required. They finally contacted us only after we cancelled the job. Quite possibly the most ordinary experience of customer service we have ever experienced. DO NOT USE ROCKSTAR REMOVALS BE WARNED.
