SDJ enjoys making the customer happy, but what we enjoy the most is overcoming a challenging problem and fixing and correcting whatever the problem may be, its a great feeling.

Customer will ask our about our prices and if we offers free quotes. We answer saying we do offer free quotes. Our call out fee is $110 inc GST and then our hourly rate is $125 inc GST charge after 15mins of our workers being at the job

SDJ prides ourselves on being on time when job has been booked in. If we are running late or need to reschedule we will always call the customer 2 hours prior to booking. All our employees have police clearances.

Description of work you are wanting to be done. If you would like us to supply tap ware, toilets, baths etc. When you would like the work to commence if you are happy with our quote.

Shaun is more than happy to come tot he property and quote on the job prior to any work commencing which helps to know cost involved in work you are want done. All quotes are FREE of charge.

We are very thorough with our work in a short amount of time to keep the hourly cost down per job for the customer.

We have a call out fees of $110 inc GST this covers the first 15mins of time at the job. then we charge $125 per hour which is for a tradesmen and an apprentice.
