Yes, we are insured - up to $10m public Liability.  We also guarantee our work - if we don't get it right we will come back and fix it or your next clean will be free.

Overall clients should be happy with the people they are dealing with, know what process to follow if their is any issue and be confident that the cleaner they engage knows what they want and has the skills to deliver the clean.

We are owner operators and our business is built on you ongoing satisfaction.  We are highly motivated to make sure you are getting what you want and tehrefore happy to stay with us as clients.

We are all owner operators so you get an owner doing your work.  Because we bring everything we need with us you do not need to keep supplies up. Also, our 80 point checklist gives you certainty about what will be cleaned in your home.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We really need to come on site and have a look at your home. All homes are different as are all customers.  We need to understand what you want and you need to be comfortable with the people you are dealing with.  A quote normally takes 10 - 15 minutes and at the end of the process we will leave you with a price for various options as well as more information about what we do.

Firstly, tidy up first - we are here to clean and need to be able to get at the surfaces to be cleaned Secondly, know what you want and be prepared to tell us.  Cleaning is subjective so you need to tell us regularly if we are hitting the right spots for you.  The more you tell us the more we can tailor a clean for you Lastly - treat us like a part of your home maintenance team - we are here to help. Want anything extra done?  Ask and we will be happy to give you a price.

We are efficient - by following a tried and tested system we can normally get the cleaning done quicker than most other people and by following the same process every clean we are able to achieve time economies.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For regular cleaning we will give you a set price based on what you want done and on our 80 point checklist. This means you know what the price is going to be every clean.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Regular home cleaning - we will come in and do all the normal cleaning you would do on a weekly or two weekly basis. This includes dusting, spot cleaning around doors and powe rpoints, vacuuming and washing floors, cleaning all kitchen surfaces and completely cleaning bathrooms and toilets.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All our owner operators are fully trained and supported as well as being police cleared. We all follow a system of speed cleaning that makes sure your job is completed as quickly as possible with nothing missed. however, we are all human and if we make a mistake or miss something let us know and we will come back and fix it.
