We have affordable package prices that suit all small businesses. We are experienced bookkeepers and are reliable and trustworthy. In addition we will be able to give you advice if you require it on how to manage your business more efficiently.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We have over 20 years of bookkeeping and business management experience. We are a registered BAS agent and Quickbooks Online and Xero Certified. Other software we have used are MYOB, Cashflow manager and Reckon accounts.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in bookkeeping for all small businesses as well as tradies. We also have clients in the Real Estate, Retail, and Food and Beverage industries.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We offer package deals if you would prefer to know your monthly package price or we can offer you our hourly rate of $60p/h plus GST.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is competitive because we have researched the current hourly rate of a bookkeeper to ensure that we are competitive, we are a BAS Agent, and our systems and processes are very efficient, allowing us to charge competitively for our packages.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. We can do an overview of their expenses that they have currently been claiming and make sure that they have been claiming everything that they are entitled to.
2. Make sure that their business structure has been setup correctly.
3. Check that all ATO lodgements have been lodged.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Typically we ask the following information:
- Are they a company or a sole trader?
- Do they have employees?
- Are they on the cloud?
- Are they up to date in lodging their BAS's?
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we have attached our professional indemnity insurance. We will always lodge your BAS on time when we have received all of your paperwork.

What makes us the most reliable and trustworthy people for the job is that we have been working in bookkeeping and business management for over 20 years with small and larger businesses. We understand the need to ensure confidentiality amongst all of our clients and the need for accuracy.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Customers like to know how they get their paperwork to us. We are fairly flexible as we are fully mobile bookkeepers, so we collect our clients paperwork either monthly or quarterly at a time that suits them.

A customer should always ask if the service professional is a BAS Agent and if the service professional is insured.
What do you like most about your job?
We love helping clients with keeping their bookkeeping up to date and getting their BAS's lodged on time. Knowing your figures is very important in helping you grow and take control of your business. We are strong believers that keeping a company's bookkeeping up to date can avoid a lot of unnecessary stress.

Our favourite customer stories always involve hearing positive feedback from my clients. One of our new clients recently told us that she was so grateful that we were working on her books. She had interviewed several other bookkeepers and felt that we were the only ones that had really listened.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
As a husband and wife team, we have over 20 years of business management and bookkeeping experience between us, and wanted to do something together that would allow us to use our skills to help small businesses.
