A memorable one is a job i didnt get. An elderly lady contacted me ,requesting a quote. She told me that a contractor had rolled up telling her that her front path was dangerous and a trip hazzard and needed to be replaced. Wasn't the case. 5 minutes with a grinder solved the problem and her savings

I still after all these years take great pride in producing a quality concrete product that will not only look good, but be stuctually sound for years to come. These are my fingerprints, my legacy.

Number 1 and most importantly, "Are you licenced?" Number 2, "Are you insured?" and Number 3 " Do you have some addresses of previous jobs I can view?" Dont trust photos, they can come from anywhere.

The most commly asked question i get is "How long before i can drive on it?" We as contractors are told by our concrete suppliers that 7 days should be waited before adding load (ie car) to new concrete surfaces. Foot traffic can occur the following day.

1. Ensure than any vegitation that is need to be removed before work can commence will save on labour and commercial tip fees.

In my experience, special offers are traditionally offered when quality is compromised. If a tradesman is good at what he does not need specials, as his quality work will be of far greater value than any special.

Budget estimates and then quotes are supplied as requested and jobs are charged according to material, labour and machinery requirements.

All forms of concrete, having worked in all fields of the industry in my 27 years. Different and unsusal projects are always engaged with enthusiasm and ability to problem solve.

I have been in concrete for 27 years, working in this field in North America, Britain and 5 states of Australia and have experience ,seldom found in the industry. With travel comes experience. I have my Certification in Concrete, Steelfixing and Pool building (Restricted Builders Licence).
