I am a Mobile Pizzeria. More than just an oven on a trailer like some operators - my Pizzeria Trailer is a Field Kitchen and a Party Machine. I can set-up just about anyplace, anywhere, any time to bake anything you fancy. Most folks are keen for just pizza but if you have the budget then why not have some wood fired oven roast lamb or baked pasta or risotto dishes on top of my delicious pizzas and breads. I can tailor a food package to your budget but I need a goodly number of guests (50 or so) before I can offer a package for less than $20 per head. If you seek a decent feed for your guests then my Pizza Only ($20 per head for metro area venues) or Pizza Plus ($25 per head for metro area venues) packages will do a great job.
