I endeavour to achieve a 24-48 hour turnaround on my quotes depending on difficulty. My take offs are customised to suit your needs and are not just restricted to wall frame take offs. Once a client emails the plans through I get them to fill in a once off specification sheet which I keep on file for your company. I will then work everything out for you and send a colour lintel layout back which is based on your floor plan and a separate quantities take off list that you can forward to your preferred supplier. To keep all costs as low as possible I try to do as much as possible via email, Thus allowing me to provide my services to people anywhere in the world. Prices start from as little as $50 for a 3 bedroom lowset with no floor splits and then go up from there depending on difficulty and size. Timbers that I use are Pine, H2 Treated Pine, LOSP Treated Pine, Kiln Dried Hardwood, CCA Treated, Prime Coated, Merbau, Batu, LVL, Glulams and many more........
