Do they have fully detailed drawings, archtectural and engineering? What exactly is the work that they want carried out? What stage do they the work taken to? Do they want us to carry out the full job or do they have some preferred suppliers / tradesmen?

Know what you want and be prepared to pay a fair and reasonable price for a great job. That way it is a win win situation for all parties. Ensure that the party carrying out the work has the necessary experience. Have clear and concise plans that show your requirements.

We generally work to a quoted price, but some of our work, due to its nature is by estimate, cost plus or hourly / daily rates.

We specailise in Timber Framed Construction but carry out all forms of building work from the ground up with specific exprience in roof repairs and renovations. We also carry out all forms of internal fixouts etc. We are carpenters.

We are fully qualified tradesmen carpenters with between 10 and 40 years experience in Australia and New Zealand with the skills to carry out all of your building requirements.
