There's 2 tips we give to customers to save money:  Firstly, we recommend that people who are buying a property to get a detailed Contract of Sale Review before they sign that document. The fee for this is nominal and less than the full conveyancing services but gives you peace of mind that the Contract and the property are sound.   Secondly, we ask all customers to provide us certain certificates and notices (i.e. Rates Notices, water bills, etc.) when they start the conveyancing process (if they can) because this means the conveyancer won't need to pay for them and then get you to reimburse them.

This means you're getting a highly experienced, high quality conveyancer.   Conveyancing is not a service that you want to skimp on; the quality of the conveyancer doing the work is critical to ensuring your property transaction runs smoothly and that you're getting sound advice along the way. The repercussions of it not going to plan are just too significant. In our experience, the cheaper the price the higher the likelihood that your conveyancer will merely be completing the procedural paperwork required of conveyancers and will not be providing you guidance or advice along the way.

This means you will be managed by 1 person and not passed to numerous people throughout your property transaction.
