How do you normally charge for your service?
Our charges are extremely flexible. Most clients opt for our hourly rate, some, requiring a little more work on our day rate. It all depends on the clients needs.
What makes your pricing competitive?
I believe our pricing is extremely competitive with the competition and the added services we provide to our clients. Our prices are flexible and our service is second to none.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
From time to time we offer "special packages" for some of our clients. Usually these offers are based around a corporate shoot where a company need updated portraits of their staff, but we are always on the lookout for fresh ideas and very willing to discuss a particular clients wants and needs.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Saving money is pretty easy with Raw Image. We usually visit the site for new clients and discuss their needs before we start the assignment which means having a clear photo-brief. All that is required is to talk to us first.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Before quoting we like to meet our clients to discuss their needs so that we can design the assignment to meet the end use of the art work.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured for public liability and to the extent that we can, we do guarantee our work, if there is a problem we are quite happy to reshoot the assignment, but in the past 30 years I can't remember having to reshoot a job because of the work quality.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I have an extremely high expectation for every assignment and photographer are not released without reaching my expectations. I also have a current Police clearance and I am eligible for the National Press Accreditation.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
In photography it is very important that clients get images they can use. I have had to reshoot other photographers work on occasion because of some problem or other the previous person had usually it was a lack of experience on the previous photographers behalf.
Clients need to check a current folio before hiring a photographer to make sure they can handle the shoot and that their current work matches the style the clients is looking for.
What do you like most about your job?
I love photography full stop, the freedom of expression, meeting new people and being able to learn from them.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
I don't have a single favourite story from my clients, but I love getting their feed back from a shoot. Those emails and letters and even gifts I have received from happy clients mean the world to me and leave me walking 2 foot above the ground for a week. I also gets real buzz from seeing my images used on billboards, sides of buses, I the media, it means somebody somewhere really values whati do.
