Agreed on a price but when contractor came to commence work he claimed it was too cheap and doubled his price. I then offered an increase of $200 and the contractor commenced work. He then asked me for material which was his responsibility. I bought some material. After half hour he disappeared and when I phoned him he informed that he was not coming back since the price was too low. He removed much of the structure and let mess in my garden which I had to clean up. Also lost money on material and cleanup!!
