Thank you for your help and patience with the move. The fire brigade had been called just before they came which means we couldn’t lock the lifts. They were very patient and still moves everything with difficulties with the lift. Thank you

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Each customer we have served has a story and all stories are our favorites. However, if we have to recall, few months ago, one our client who had been deceived at last moment by a removal company was intensely panicking. The client called us and we decided to immediately head to serve that customer. A few weeks later, the customer sent us gifts at our office locations mentioning that if we had not been there at last hour, he could have lost his job. It was an amazing experience and we could feel the goose bump in our bodies when we received the gift. We felt a sense of rejoice in us.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Our team consists of people who have worked for other removal companies at one point or the other. All of us had realized that moving house is not only about shifting but also about sentiments involved in building a new home and we realized the room of tremendous improvement in service provided by other companies. Hence, with a vision to enhance the customer service, we formed a team and established our business which has been leaving its mark from day 1.
