What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Customers often ask how do we find the exact property boundary corner? We answer this question by outlining the research that went into their land before we visited the site, the old plans we reviewed and the title dimensions. Then we explain that old survey reference marks [many under the ground] are found during the survey and we measure these using a robotic total station or precise 'survey accurate' GPS. Finally we check these against fences and evidence of occupation on the sites and usually calculate a mathematical reinstatement or 'fix' of the subject land boundaries whilst onsite. It is part science and part art/skill.

Clear vegetation, rubble and undergrowth around the area requiring survey. Ensure all areas are safely accessible. Inform neighbouring properties of the upcoming survey so there are no surprises. Neighbours that are informed will often share costs of the survey - especially for fencing - please advise us at the time of requesting your quotation!
