The company did not deliver on its services that were paid for. The job was not completed satisfactorily, the company did not come back to the property to rectify issues identified by the landlord (End of Lease cleaning services were paid for), and they over charged me on the day.Ripandeep

Totally unprofessional service and staff. Complete waste of time and money. Took extra charges for top-up services and dint even complete the task. Even after multiple followups no one showed up to complete the pending task. Absolutely terrible service resulted in bond deduction.Aazim

Absolutely Pathetic services. The day of cleaning had booked them for 1pm. Didn't show up. Half an hour later informed me will be there at 3:30, didn't turn up again. Later told will turn up at 6, now they did contact me and said they were very tired and will do the work early tomorrow. Took the keys turned up the next day and tried to hold me ransom, that they will not start work unless they get paid first. Later finished the job, but lot of things were found during final inspection. Requested re-clean as they come with guarantee. Was told they would be there by 7am to get the work done. Messaged me will reach around 7.25, didn't turn up and messaged me they will do it in the evening now. I contacted their number and was told would look into it but never returned call. Absolute unprofessional behaviour and total disrespect for others time. Stay away from these guys, they have terrible servicesJaspreet S
