Yes! We have professional indemnity insurance. We guarantee that we will work within the guidelines you provide us, and also guarantee to work within the terms of services that other platforms provide to business  (eg. facebook / adwords etc)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

A Passion for digital marketing and graphic design was something I really liked from when I was young. As the internet boomed, so did digital marketing and I got into it because I saw huge potential for businesses to access people they never could have before, for much less money than ever before!

We love helping people and giving them the relief that they feel when they are in good hands. We also love the relationships we have made along the way and we have worked with some amazing people and still do!

The more information you can give us the better we can hit the nail on the head with the quotation price. Digital services can be tough to quote on, and we are here to help you make sure that we all are on the same page and execute the project properly the first time.

Examples of what work you want done is one of the best tips we can give you. Having a plan on what you want to achieve also helps us alot. Doing things right the first time can save you a TON of money! We often are the 3rd or 4th company people work with before we do it right for them.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We don't have a big office and this keeps our outgoings down. We have gained long term relationships with companies and individuals by not trying to rip them off!

How do you normally charge for your service?

We like to charge on a fixed cost for things like website design and graphics, but we are also happy to do things per hour for smaller jobs or "fix ups" of websites etc.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in quite a few different areas because we have a wide range of skills within our staff. Karen, is a full time graphic designer and can also develop websites. Jacob does all of the digital marketing and April does all the strategy and application development. Its a match made in heaven!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

7 years in business and have studied prior to that. We are also always updating our skillset by doing online training and learning on the job is a bit part of how our business works. We have worked (and still do) with some very large companies throughout the world.
