How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been an out of the box thinker so I knew my career was destined for the creative industries.  Applying it to my own design business made sense and allowed me the freedom to tailor my clients and projects my strengths. My existing qualifications of a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Design both compliment my choice of career.

What do you like most about your job?

My Team!! The studio environment is designed around providing the team with the most comfortable and creatively stimulating work space. The open-plan office offers elements that soothe the mind (infusions, office plants, cool music) producing efficient, productive and happy team members. Our office promotes work life balance. Together, the food is bought weekly. We share our lunch breaks from the communal groceries, the herb and veggie garden and the daily laid fresh organic eggs. We have a full kitchen available adjacent to our working space. Our office looks 360 degree out to sea with a fresh breeze and streaming sunlight. Team members are encouraged to use the facilities including the chill out zone, treadmill, expresso machine, napping pods and meditation station!

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

Our energetic, experienced team is lead by Claire Delune. Claire has over 20 years experience in the design industry. The majority of her experience gained in leading design agencies across Sydney and London. She is both a qualified and experienced Account Director and Graphic Designer with a strategic and entrepreneurial mind. Her quirky, authentic and relaxed personal skills develop solid and sincere working relationships.   Whilst working in the peak of the design industry for Moon Design (now operated as STW Group) Claire’s client portfolio consisted of 3 telecommunications, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Sydney Theatre Company and Seafolly Swimwear to name a few. Claire comes from an academic background. Her two degrees: Bachelor of Business (QUT) and Bachelor of Design (QCA) where both completed with majority Distinction and High Distinction. With this solid technical and theoretical knowledge, and her number of years in the design/advertising industry she offers her clients a well rounded results driven multi-disciplinary design agency service.  Over the last 6 years Claire has focused her design eye and business head on the hospitality industry with particular focus on providing brand consistency across all customer touch points. Her areas of concentration are; interiors, menus, signage, marketing collateral, all on-line brand presence, training and development (with the objective of ensuring staff adopt the brand personality). With access to over 100k followers on Facebook and Instagram between our team we believe in using this key asset to engage with client target market's in a non abrasive manner aligning with their strategic market segmentation. Our service provides high level agency experience from Sydney and Melbourne at an affordable free lancer rate. Giving our clients personal, supported and open communication is at the heart of our service. Rather than paying top dollar and dealing with many departments in a large ad/design agency , deal directly with us face to face in our beautiful bespoke beach side office location.

How do you normally charge for your service?

After the quote is agreed upon a 50% deposit of the full quoted amount is required via bank transfer before the work commences. On the completion of all elements of the project and supply of all agreed design deliverables the remainder of the invoice must be finalised.
