Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

A freelancer is a gamble.  We offer gaurantees, a super strong history of work. Our rates are clear, fair and our expertise stretches far and wide.  A studio or design firm is expensive, quite often your paying too much, for not enough. We're not fans of that either. So we're focused on delivery quality by making sure you only pay for what you use. Our other creatives aren't overheads on your work. It's our promise.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The more information we can gather, the more accurate (and lower) your quote will be. Simple as that. Typical things like urgency, creative licence, other follow on work also effect the price at the end of the day.

If you're on a budget you can do 3-things: > Have coffee with us. It's FREE and can help you establish your goals inside your budget. > Talk to us about ways we can partner with you. If we can refer each other clients, there might be ways we you can save some serious money! > Lastly, think about how much creative licence you need. By default, we put the controls in you hand, but if you're after saving money, then let us take the reigns and we'll use our expertise and experience to guide us faster and more affordably.

Coffee Consultation - FREE - Our first meeting should always be free.  Let's touch base, chat about your position, your opportunities and see if there are some creative ways to solve your problems; whether through branding, or something really creative. Not everyone needs a new logo or brochure, we help you make sure you're investing in the right places.  Brand Workshop - $1000 - A 1.5-hour intensive with our brand and policy consultants. Dial into your relationship with your customer and build growth strategies and marketing opportunities out of it. Develop a Pattern, Position and Performance that will stand the test of time.  Branding Audit - $3000 - 2x 2-hour Intensives with our brand, communications and policy consultants. Put a rocket under your business by understanding it, positioning it and giving it a trajectory that is ready to grow! Along with the workshops you'll receive with some of our finest minds, you'll receive a clarity report to ensure everyone in your organisation is quite literally 'on the same page'.

We run a unique business model that ensures our creatives stay as inspired as possible whilst minimising our overheads. You only pay for what you get, nothing more; our overheads don't include creatives you don't make use of which means our prices are fair and our service delivery is incredibly generous.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Normally, we charge out at an hourly rate. We can quote for a fixed price too if needed, our focus is more on fitting around you and making sure what you pay for is worth every penny. The choice is yours. :)
