Fantastic Staff, great atmosphere and the best facilities of any Crossfit Box I've come across. I would highly recommend CF Eora to anyone wanting to get fit and have fun, but also those wanting to develop their skills further.

We offer a full range of fitness services, from Group Training, where you are guided by one of our Fully Qualified Trainers in a motivating class setting, to Personal Training, where you will work one-on-one with your trainer at a time that's suitable.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
With over 13 years Fitness Industry experience, Head Coach Matty is a CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2 Trainer, has completed both Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Club Weightlifting & Sports Power Coach Level 1 Trainer.
As a Fitness Presenter, he has presented at Australian Fitness Network ’07/08/09/10, FILEX 07/08/09/10/11 & was an International Presenter at the Adidas Fitness Academy in China 2011.
Head coach Matty has also been at the forefront of Group Exercise program design, as both a Fitness Program Creator, Fitness Program Director & Fitness DVD Presenter for over a decade.
Further to this comes carries years of experience as an Ironman Triathlete & Coach.

How do you normally charge for your service?
Our fee structure is through a simple fortnightly payment depending on your level of membership. Our Unlimited Package which gives full access 6 days a week is $60/week.

Our pricing is competitive as we are a fully fitted CrossFit facility. All our equipment is well maintained, constantly updated. The level of expertise from our coaching staff is second to none.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We like to know exactly what a client is looking for so as to ensure a good match of program and trainer. Upon speaking to us we will ask you to fill in a very brief questionairre that covers everything from how often you'd like to train right through to the type of diet you currently have.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
CrossFit 2036 is fully insured. Each trainer fully certified. We pride ourself on our results, if you join us on our unlimited program, undertake the coaching and guidance of our staff and after 12 weeks aren't satisfied with your results we will happily refund your membership expense.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Head Coach and Director Matty carries over 13 years Full-Time industry experience. His CrossFit facility has grown from strength to strength with every satisfied client joining his methods.
What do you like most about your job?
The best part about our job is seeing clients develop a sense of pride in themselves through the results of their effort. Confidence in not only their physical ability but also their mental state.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
One of our clients shares her story. "About a year ago I was 25kgs heavier. I don’t really know how I got to that point because I was exercising at least 3 to 4 days a week, but I wasn’t enjoying what I was doing. I had tried out a bunch of gyms, each focusing on different types of fitness training, but I wasn’t getting the results I was after and I wasn’t enjoying the training. I had done CrossFit in the past and really enjoyed it and decided to give it another go, so I found CrossFit 2036 in the Maroubra area.
When I first phoned and spoke to them called it was a really positive experience. Matty was really nice as well as genuine, I could tell he was a straight shooter. He wasn’t pushy either; I wasn’t just a sale to him. He answered all my questions and was really forthcoming with information about the gym; this wasn’t the case with the other gyms I had contacted.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
The most often asked question is "how often should I exercise". The answer is simple, you should be doing some sort of activity every day. Be it in the gym with us or out with your family or pets, 60 minutes of activity each day is essential for health & welness.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Early in 2000 I was unlucky enough to sustain a serious injury to my legs, causing me to be unable to walk unassisted for a period of nearly 12 months. After numerous operations and countless hours of rehabilitation i decided to embark on a journey to put myself in the best position of health through a maintainable exercise program and good eating plan. This self learning journey lead me to wanting to help others.
