  These guys were absolutely fantastic, I would definitely use them again. The guys worked hard all day, they didn't stop. Nothing was damaged and they were very accommodating with moving not only all the house stuff but garage stuff and large pot plants etc. The only elements I think Buzz Me Removals can do better with is that their website states they have plastic bags for mattresses which they didn't have. Mattresses were strapped and wrapped in blankets in the truck, but when carrying them they did brush up against things and got a little dirty. Also, I was quoted $150 per hour inc GST for a mid week move, and when I went to pay the final charge after they had finished, the office person tried to charge me $150 plus GST. They were insistent that $150 plus GST was correct, until I advised them I had an email clearly stating $150 inc gst. Just something to watch for.

  Arrived on time, friendly, efficient and careful with my furniture. Price very good compared to other quotes I got. Would recommend their services. Booked 3 hours (min) and job finished in 2.5. Good size truck for my job. (rate is for any size).

  The guys that came to move my stuff were amazing, very fast and careful with all my belongings. They did an excellent job. Only reason I gave 4stars is because my original booking got cancelled and didn't get notified until I had to call to find out what was happening. Next booking wasn't available until 3days later. I then had to reschedule all my other appointments booked for the week to work around when the move was done.

  They delivered my stuff in one piece. But the interaction between the drivers and myself were horrible. They told me they'd deliver my stuff on Sat. They were not contactable on Sat or Sun or Monday morn. Then they'd called me numerous times on Monday while I was work and comoaliend that they were ready to unload. I told them I'd be at work! I rushed after work to open my storage locker for them. When I got there, the mover said he pulled his shoulder and he made me take all my boxes out of the truck. Aboutelt rubbish service. I should have spent the extra dough and gone with a more reputable company.

  Broke several pieces of my furniture dining suite table scratched pieces out of chairs. Blood on lounge, bed head broken in half , items missing, denied everything. Asked for more money when all was paid. Unprofessional and unreliable. No reimbursement
