I love the projects that result in different results on the web. We've had projects that have resulted in traffic to a website maybe doubling over time. Seeing those numbers and the happiness from the client about these results it a great sense of satisfaction. :)

Definitely ask about previous work and be sure to look at the previous work (not just the screenshots in Oneflare's portfolio section). Make sure you also get along well with the service professional and can communicate easily with this professional.

Customers often ask about how different technology stacks work and how to use them. We're always happy to answer these as best as we can, to offer advice on what platforms work well, what their limitations are and how to use them.

We offer a personalised service – and are a breeze to work with.  A lot of other web providers offer standard and generic solutions, and some even require you to lock into a contract. Not us. We’re incredibly flexible and are here to meet your business needs, not ours.  We’re proactive.  We actually think for ourselves – and won’t make you spoon feed us everything you need done (like what a lot of other web developers do). We’ll ask the right questions and always communicate what we think is best for your website – and not always place the burden on you.   We’re cost-effective.  Exactly what we charge is exactly what you get. We don’t cut corners, we don’t do unnecessary drabble, and we get the job done quickly and efficiently.  Other web developers will do rushed jobs, overcharge and perhaps even blame you for not giving them enough information or the right instructions. Every client is different, but generally speaking there will be at least 1-2 phone calls / meetings to go thru various questions. We don't use a standard questionnaire because we know every business project is unique and we want to cater our offering specifically to your problem.

Selecting the right provider is key. Try your best to find providers who are honest, ready to answer your calls or emails and very professional and orderly in their process.

We don’t slap on a generic fixed charge on you. We tailor our quote so you can get the best value for money.  Our pricing is incredibly competitive because of the strong industry experience we have.  We’ve trimmed all the fat from our service. We don’t have massive overheads, an expensive office with ping pong tables on Sydney Harbour or 400 employees sitting in a warehouse searching for an answer (like what a lot of other web developers have).  We save time and money by working with highly qualified designers and developers, who can get to the solution straight away and faster than other competitors.  This means we don't waste your time (and money!) being paid to search for an answer!

We don’t have any ‘standard fixed charges’ for our services. Everything will depend on what you need done, and how fast you want it done.  We offer both fixed-fee quotes, as well as cost estimates using hourly based pricing to cater to all kinds of requirements from clients.
