My line of work does not require a particular insurance, however all of my work is based on the guarantee that I can produce the exct thing that you are looking for. If it does not meet your needs I continue to work until it does, or we complete the agreement with no invoicing taking place.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been interested in design, and after studying the subject for a short period realised that I loved to help my clients realise their marketing through well designed and functional design in both print and web. As a sign of the changing times we have also added video as a required tool.

I have many stories from customers that I love to think about. Without going into all of them in detail, suffice to say I have the pleasure of helping many business owners realize their dreams by helping them to build their businesses.

I love being able to help my clients take their ideas and put them onto a computer screen and come to life. Their joy at having something that they thought could not be understood fully by another person come alive is what I really like.

Most clients like to know that they have full control over the site themselves, including being part of the design process, and being able to choose the exact text and images that appear on their websites. Of course a client has full control over these things.

we have been in the industry for quite some time, and have successfully helped a great deal of clients in that time. I have seen many similar business of this type come and go, but we have lasted, and remain contactable for our clients throughout to continue helping them.

My work is all custom made, with no premade components. All programming is hand done to make each web site unique and designed exactly to your needs. Design work including logos and fliers etc are all done locally and by hand.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I will need a general outline of what you want to get done. Any ideas about copy or text that you already have, anything similar that you have liked that might serve as inspiration, as well as any images or other media that you would like used.  All items used on the final site will need to be original work or have copyright permission.

- by having all of the text that may be required worked out at least as an outline or as bullet points - procuring images needed that are of a good enough quality to work with - providing a rough idea of what the final design will look like, or your concept of what you are looking for.

Locally produced work where nothing is sent overseas or to another location to be done means that we can take full control over the final product, making minute changes in real time with a client.  This means that the extra time is taken out of the process, saving you both time and money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Websites and eCommerce is generally charged at a set price for the completed job. Fix ups and amendments to websites are charged at the normal hourly rate. Design work can by done at either a set cost for a product, or else at the normal hourly rate.

I specialise in custom made websites for small and medium business of all types. This includes everything from single page sites up to comples eCommerce sites. I also am expert in other types of design, including logos, and layout. eSquareNews can also get video production and editing done for small projects.
