We do have Public Liability or Worksafe cover We are also certified with Energy Safe Victoria and the Plumbing Commission (this also covers gas works)

Customers should always question the credentials of any plumber, gas plumber or electrician that they hire. The team at First for Property Services are registered with both Energy Safe Victoria and The Plumbing Commission (Victorian Building Authority), and our technicians can and will show these upon request

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Customers more often than not want a price on the phone to fix something they have described to us, in many cases it is possible to provide this to you - However in some cases the issue you are experiencing may have a deeper route cause and unfortunately in those cases we cannot provide an exact price on the phone as this will be misleading to you.   We do offer standard maintenance rates of $99inc for the first hour on site - in more cases than not we can fix up your issue within this time frame and if there is a deeper routed cause we will quote accordingly to complete further works and then you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the works.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are registered, licensed, insured, and we have many years of experience. We have a dedicated office, also experienced in customer relations and on-time service. We are very transparent and will provide all our licenses and registrations upon request.

Hiring a tradesman is often a daunting task, it is known that the fear of being 'ripped off' or receiving service of a lower level standard than you paid for, score very high with many customers. With the warmer days approaching we are about to offer an essential Air Conditioning service - to ensure the performance and efficiency of your system, regular servicing is a must have - especially for the days when it gets a little bit warm on the inside as well as out!  We also offer all repeat customers 10% any future work requirements.  We look forward to working with you.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We keep things simple by just billing in transparent, half-hour blocks with a minimum of one hour.   We don’t charge a callout fee so the one hour minimum saves you money! Because most problems are solved in an hour or less, your technician will always offer other assistance with any extra time remaining if required.  First for Property Services have a dedicated office, where we are able to answer your enquiries and book your required works in a prompt manner.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our standard maintenance rates our $99inc for the first hour, and then $49.50inc for every subsequent half hour. Many of our services have a fixed price and please do not hesitate to contact us for further details - we have a dedicated office who will greet you and advise you of the next best steps to take. We accept cash, cheque and bank transfer.

All of our team our qualified with minimum of 5 years on hand experience in there trade, most of us have many more years than this in our portfolio of work. We are registered with Energy Safe Victoria and the Plumbing Commission.
