Interesting case: We received a call on Friday. The lady had a Hp Computer that was not turning on. She said that she was working on the PC the previous night and had to complete and post her resume to her agent by morning. She sounded very desperate and asked if we could do something about it .

Describe the problem and ask if they have serviced a similar issue. Ask them if they charge you hourly or fixed. Check if they have a labour warranty on top of the supply warranty.

Is it really worth repairing? Well, with the prices of equipment sinking to the bottom (Thanks to the chinese sweatshops) it is a very difficult answer. But, it depends on the cost of repair and the warranty attached to it. All our jobs are 100% guaranteed therefore a customer is not left hanging.

We DONT charge on an hourly basis so that we have motivation to waste time.  Our techs are as geeky as you can get so there is not job that is too tough for them. We will give a 100% to all jobs.
