We have a lifetime guarantee for our stop smoking program. THere's an initial session and at least two follow-up sessions. If you want more sessions we do them at no extra cost. If you take up smoking again we give you more sessions and get you back into being a non-smoker at no charge.

Can everyone be hypnotised? Pretty well everyone can be hypnotised sufficiently. In general, we don't need deep hypnotic states to get results. Will I cluck like a chicken? NO! NO! NO!

!. Fix in your mind the result you want. If you want to stop smoking, imagine being a non-smoker. If you want to lose weight imagine being thin (or thinner). 2. For a smoker, cut down if you can't stop. Put off having the next cigarette. Maybe you'll find you don't need the hypnotherapy after all! 3. Learn to relax and quieten the mind.
