  We wanted to write and let you know how wrapped we were with Ignition during our Queensland SES 40 Year Anniversary Book project. We have been trying to think of specific feedback relating to the process and anything that Ignition Creative could have improved on, but we came up with nothing. Ignition went out of their way to provide customer service that is second to none. They took their time to come out and make sure we understood everything (including their online proofing system), listened to everything we asked for and responded ASAP. Their knowledge and genuine care of the end product (the coffee table book!) gave us absolute trust in their services and guided us through the concept, graphic design and print stages, all the while knowing that they had all bases covered and ensured the project ran to our timeframes (which at times were very tight!). We will certainly be recommending Ignition to as many people as we can when we have the opportunity. Thank you for helping us create this wonderful memorabilia reflective of the time, dedication, spirit and service SES Volunteers have contributed to Queensland over the last 40 years.   ODMA spent approximately $300,000 on advertising to get eye care messages out to the public. “On behalf of the ODMA Executive I would like to thank Ignition Creative for the Sight for Life Campaign”. ODMA spent approximately $300,000 on advertising to get eye care messages out to the public. Ignition Creative was engaged to create the entire campaign with the exception of the PR. They were charged with selecting the media placement, campaign name, brand and identity, copy writing and creative direction for each key area including photography and print management. The campaign evolved into five key areas. These ran fortnightly in various national publications: Body and Soul Magazine and Women’s Weekly were just two. We believe the results speak for themselves. Forty radio interviews were conducted and 18,000 web site hits were recorded in the first two days of the campaign.   With the distribution of our re-vitalised package brochure we saw a dramatic increase in sales and product awareness. Wayne knew what we wanted to achieve. We had the information and overall structure of our marketing and needed a design studio who could turn our vision into reality. He listened closely and understood exactly what we were trying to say. A new look and feel was created for our entire suite of material. One of the first projects undertaken was our package brochure. This is now seen as a benchmark throughout YHA Australia. With the distribution of our re-vitalised package brochure we saw a dramatic increase in sales and product awareness. Other states are now adopting the same concept and style. Over the past two and a half years we have produced many varied projects together.   The level of customer service & quality of work produced by Ignition is fantastic I have worked with Wayne and Ignition now for over a year and have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of their support.
