Oneflare recently launched its inaugural Customer Choice Awards!

Two hundred, which equates to 1% of Oneflare businesses have recently been selected from across Australia, and awarded a Oneflare Customer Choice Award for 2016. Winners are from across nine different categories – Pet Lovers, Technology, Entertainment, Commerce & Logistics, Home Services, Car & Automotive, Trades & Property Improvement, Well Being and Creative – businesses have been formally recognised for consistently providing outstanding service to customers.  

Here at Oneflare, we wanted to recognise those businesses that have received recognition  for service excellence from the customers that hire them on our platform. We chose our winners based on the following criteria;

• Received the highest number of 4 or 5 star reviews from Oneflare customers.

• Consistently connected and worked with customers on Oneflare.

• Top businesses selected by customers in each awards category in each state.

Car & Automotive

The award for this given category represents excellence and talent in top businesses in services such as mechanics, panel beating and car detailing across all states and territories in Australia.

Commerce & Logistics

Businesses that have been awarded a Oneflare Customer Choice Award across Commerce & Logistics include accounting, property management services and professional services across all states and territories in Australia.

Creative Arts

Award winners in the Creative category have been selected for having provided excellent customer experiences in the fields of photography, interior design and beautification across all Australian states and territories.

Hospitality & Entertainment

The Hospitality & Entertainment award credits top businesses in services such as catering and wedding planning across all states and territories in Australia.

Home Services

Businesses listed on Oneflare that have demonstrated excellence and talent in services such as cleaning and pest control have been awarded a Customer Choice Award in the category of Home Services.

Pet Lovers

Dog walkers and pet groomers in Australia have been recognised with a Oneflare Customer Choice Award for 2016.

Well Being

The Well Being industry includes make-up artists and personal trainers. Businesses within those two categories have been awarded for providing excellent customer experiences.
