I like to keep my customer stories for when I have met my new client for a couple of reasons. 1. I don't want to been seen as publicly breaching any information that the client may believe is confidential and 2. It's a far better way to build trust with my prospective client.

There are lots of things to consider when choosing a real estate agent to sell your property:  Can they display their local knowledge of your area? Do they have the right attitude? Do they listen to your concerns and answer your questions? Can they detail exactly how they will approach selling your property? Will they clearly outline the activities and marketing they will undertake and offer a guarantee of service? Will they be honest and act in your best interests? Do they have any comparable previous sales they can show? Did they offer proof of a database of buyers ready to market your property to?

How much is my home worth?  What I think, you think and the market think about the value of your property are 3 different things. Facts and comparable sales are the only way to get a price guide for what your property might be worth.   How long should it take to sell my house?  If the property is priced right it should never take more than 30 days to sell.   What is your commission?  2% of the property price including GST. If I am to be successful in listing your property I guarantee the highest standard of delivery. In real estate, more so than other industries, what you pay in commission for your property can substantial affect what you take away from the sale. As I have a low cost model I think it's only fair that I pass on my savings to you!

In my life I have been through quite a few set backs - including being diagnosed with cancer and having to have brain surgery (just to name a couple). I realise the importance of trust and know this is something that I have to earn and cannot buy. My previous experiences, both life and professional, have left me with many reasons to understand the importance of reliability and integrity with every transaction I undertake.

Before I quote a customer, I will always have to attend a meeting to discuss the potential direction the customer wants to talk in terms of sale timeline, marketing budget, and their price expectations. Apart from that knowing the particulars of the house and location always helps!

I know the Internet back to front from operating a web strategy business and know that my social media skills allow me to put your property in front of more people than anyone else in the business - this is what will ultimately get you the best price.

I'm a highly qualified, industry professional. In real estate we essentially sell listing services and negotiate on your behalf - having done a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Marketing) and run a successful social media advisory business for over 2 years it's safe to say that my marketing skills are second to none in the industry. In relation to negotiation skills, having owned and operated my own business and dealing with clients for many years I understand the ins and outs of the mind of a buyer and negotiate accordingly.
