Keep all receipts for expenses incurred due to the injury. eg medications, medical accounts, radiology fees.  Keep records of the names and addresses of all doctors seen for medical treatment. Don't claim medical expenses from Medicare but if you do, note those related to the injury.

Hourly rate with maxima fixed by law ranging from $231 to $473 per hour.  Fees are charged on a deferred fee basis so that they are not payable until the claim is concluded. The 1st interview is free if you don't proceed.  Quotations of the likely costs range are provided in the 1st interview.
