We are an insured business in liabilities and compensations.We guarantee all our Artificial Turf and have a general 1yr warranty on landscaping if there is a manufacture or install fault. Excl possible client damage.

Most common question is if I myself are at each job. I reply that I am at each job and attend and work on every job. And if Im not at site im very available at all times.

Reliability is just a basic form of common courtesy and respect. Be on time to do the job and respect clients time also. Our business is trustworthy as I personally visit and do each quote and engage with the client as needed.I am hands on and approachable all the time even after hours.Sometimes I will resond to clients well into the evening if any questions or changes on their behalf arise.

A basic plan with dimension and a clear indication of what is wanted. Preferably the name of the items they want installed and a general understanding of what they want.But we do understand that things change.So we aspire to help with the vision.

1. Basic ground work ie-remove rubbish and prune plants or cut back bushes where work is taking place. 2. Will take 5% of total job with a 50% deposit and progress payments as job goes. 3.If we get a tea/coffee and sandwhich we go the extra mile.

Our pricing is competitive as we have low overheads,buy direct materials and I also am hands on,almost every job.We dont believe in creating an expensive image as we believe your image is explained by the quality of the work provided.

If the job is small in stature we generally charge a callout fee and then hourly rate plus consumables that maybe used.Otherwise if the job is large we quote on the works.Generally breaking the quote into sections to understand better.

It is a series of exams that show you have the design and capabilities to provide the best and most cost and enviromental friendly system available.Also with cert3 business managment RMIT university we understand what the client needs and expects.Qualified tradesperson in Construction and also first clas weding qualifications.
