  I've been purchasing all my computer requirements from MATS Systems since 2006. During that time Mark has built two desktop computers to my specifications and provided me with two new Notebook Computers. He's also carried out repairs and upgrades to my computers and provided me with a wide range of hardware, software and accessories together with excellent service and advice. I've always found Mark to be honest and reliable with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex computer problems quickly at a reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending MATS Systems to anyone needing professional advice and assistance associated with IT related issues.

  Mark sorted out a lot of little issues for me and identified a few more which have made my IT life much simpler and safer. Mark is easy to work with and up front about what he is doing. His fees were reasonable and he kept us updated at all stages. Would recommend.

  Excellent prompt service, excellent communication very helpful and computer problem identified and fixed. Also went to the trouble of identifying problem with belkin wifi for tv and fixed this also. Thank you.

  Yes, I have insurance cover and I guarantee all work. All supplied parts have a full warranty and all warranty is itemised on the supplied invoice.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I bought a new computer from a very well known and now defunct business many years ago. It was a complete lemon and the service I received was atrocious. With a background in Electronics I decided I could do better and gradually I became immersed in IT.
