This was a horrifying experience. The quoting by 'Kate' was great and I thought I was dealing with a professional company however on the day the removalists worked very slowly, taking 12 hours to move the furniture and some already packed boxes from a 4 bedroom house 30 minutes drive to a second 4 bedroom house. They did not even take everything with some boxes already moved and some furniture and boxes remaining after their two loads of an 8 tonne truck. The thing I am really upset about is that after my husband had tipped them $50 each the removalists turned scary and insisted that we make a bank transfer for $1540 into 'H&E removals' before they would leave. Since then (8 days ago) the promised invoice has not arrived and since we had been quoted $330 which we thought we could pay by credit card we have been living off no money.Rick
