I hired Mike to photograph my parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We had photos taken at two different locations. Mike was friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much for him, Mike took photos of all we asked of him. Mike was very approachable and mingled well amongst the guests. ... Mike was amazing he was so kind and considerate to everyone at my function. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. He took beautiful high quality photos that will be very treasured. I highly recommend mike for any occasion. Will definately hire him again.

I offer a competitive ,quality product/service with all work completed in the nominated time frame expected from the client. I am very punctual & keep in constant communication with all my customers.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I am a freelance photographer and I specialize in Wedding, Portrait, Event & Commercial (Real Estate-Private/Industrial) Photography all over Sydney.
What makes your pricing competitive?
My pricing is consummate with the work I do & supply. My work is not overly priced for example with weddings. For weddings for example I have certain fixed prices & I also can create a package to suit a client if need be so I am flexible.

I have been doing wedding photography since 1996, the other avenues of photography not as long. I have always been interested in photography since I was a child. I have studied at the School of Visual Arts in Sydney & The Centre of Photography Paddington..
How do you normally charge for your service?
I usually request either cash or direct deposit payment at this stage. For weddings I request a $200 deposit on booking & 2 weeks prior to the wedding the balance. For all other work I request payment upon booking.

I can tailor make a price/package according to the quote given by the customer on your site.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
What type of photography or job it is they require. What date is it they require the job to be done on as I may already have that date booked. Where will the job be located at. Will they get back to me ASAP as I may have some else requiring that date.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I have Public Liabaility Insurance & if the job cannot be done due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. sickness, accident) I will fully refund all monies paid ,back to the customer.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I am a very punctual person. I keep in constant communication with my client from booking to completion. I treat the customer as I would like to be treated & because of this I have had many happy customers of which my Testimonials on my website attribute to this.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Customers ask can I take this or that type of photo & I say no problem. Whatever they would like that fits in with their requirements is fine. Some may say how long before they receive their disks of photos , & I say within the time frame specified at booking, usually they get their photos back earlier than stated .Some say do you have backup equipment & yes I do have backup.

How long have you been doing your job? What type of gear do you use? Have you got referrals/testimonials? Where do I (customer) stand in case you do not turn up or something happens? Have you got a website to showcase your work?
What do you like most about your job?
Taking photos that I am personally & technically happy with & knowing that the customer will love them too! The photos I have taken are to the brief of what the customer expected. Most importantly I love photography!!

No not really, I have had all happy customers. I do like to hear down the track that my customers have referred me to other clients .
